Norwegian Christmas Market in Aberdeen 2014

After weeks of planning, knitting, sewing, chatting, and baking the first ever Christmas market at the Norwegian seafarers church was held last Saturday! It was a bit of a gamble on what would be popular, what might sell, and what might not sell so good, and whether anyone would actually find their way. That, they did, and we spent the day selling all asorts of handcrafted items, Norwegian cupboard staples, delicious cakes and Gløgg. We even had a cute Lucia-choir drop by!

5 hours later I was at home, and resting on the sofa, and remembering that I actually was feeling a bit under the weather, but what does that matter when you have leftover cookies?

How was your weekend?

All those knitted trinkets are making me feel all warm and cozy! And yes, cookies solve everything 🙂 I hope you had an amazing Christmas! I spent mine eating a lot. Too much, I’d say. -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
